Our self-service Online Return Center make returns and exchanges easy, and you can choose to send your items back with our simple return process. To begin process see the steps below. Click here for our full Return Policy.

Make sure the items you want to return or exchange meet our Return Policy requirements.
Return labels can be printed using our self-service Online Retrun Center.
Your return should be packaged neatly with your return labels clearly visible.
Your package will be delivered back to us.
We confirm the items meet the Return Policy guidelines.
Your refund will appear on your credit card statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles.

Return Policy

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.

Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the original order date.
NOTE: Orders placed between October 10th and November 1st are not eligible for a refund.
Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.
Item(s) must be accompanied by the packslip from the return process noted above.
Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.

Items will NOT be eligible for a refund if:

Item was refused upon delivery.
An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
Items are not received on time because the wrong shipping method was chosen by the customer.
Item is marked "Clearance" on the website. Clearance items cannot be returned and are sold as-is. No Exceptions.
An order is delayed due to an inclement weather system or any other uncontrollable incident that causes substantial disruptions to the courier's service.

Incorrect Addresses and Return to Sender:
Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process are subject to an additional $12 charge if the address must be changed by the carrier in order for the package to be deliverable.

Orders ‘Returned to Sender’ by the carrier are subject to a $12 charge. This includes but is not limited to: orders in which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is not available for delivery, the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address, or the order is refused by the customer.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item(s), please place a new order for an item of equal or greater value first. Then fill out the return form completely with your new and old order numbers to indicate an exchange and post mark the item(s) back to us within 21 days of your original order date.

Defective Items: If there is a problem with your order, contact a customer care representative within 14 days of the original order date.While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen.We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Replacement items will be shipped the same method as the original order.Defective or incorrect orders are available for exchange only during blackout dates.

Returning shoes: All shoes that are returned must be unmarked (without scuffs), unworn and in new condition. We recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area.

The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.

Undergarments
Socks and stockings
Shoe covers, boot tops, slippers
Eye lashes
Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
Cosmetics
Teeth
Prosthetic Noses or Chins
Cigarette Holders
Items in Factory Sealed Packages (Blister Packs)
Pet Costumes

There is a minimum 20% restocking fee, if 5 or more of one item is returned or if the return totals $500.00 or more.

If you are returning an item because of a size issue, please make sure you check the costume itself and not rely on the label on the outside packaging. It is not unusual for a manufacturer to use the same labeling/packaging for all size costumes. In addition, it is possible that the size of the costume is CORRECT while the package labeling is incorrect.

Please note: Costume styles (colors and fabrics) are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We do our best to catch these issues before they arise, however, the manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We do reflect any changes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns are typically processed within a week of when we receive the item back. During the Halloween season (September to November), this process can take up to 4 weeks. Only the price of the costume is refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

If a refund is denied based on the above criteria, we will NOT automatically call and/or return the item to you. Items that are denied a refund are held for 30 days and only returned if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for the applicable return shipping fees.
